Account Termination

We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in achieving specific IELTS band scores. Results vary based on individual effort, current skill level, and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS AI Platform shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Errors in AI-generated content or scores
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
